Welcome to a fan-made online multiplayer challenge inspired by the Time Auction prison match from the Netflix series Devil's Plan! In this strategic game of wits, you'll go head-to-head against other players in a battle to manage your most precious resource: time. Bid wisely, outmaneuver your opponents, and prove you have what it takes to be the last one standing. Good luck!
How to Play
The game is played in a series of rounds based on the number of players. Each round follows these steps:
Bidding Phase:
Each player secretly decides how many points they want to bid for the current round.
Important: You cannot bid more points than you have remaining. If you attempt to, your bid will automatically be set to the maximum amount available and a notification will be displayed.Once a bid is made, those points are immediately deducted from your total.
Determining the Winner(s):
The player who submitted the highest bid for the round wins.
Ties: If multiple players submit the exact same highest bid, the round is a tie.
No one earns a Victory Token for a tied round. If there is a single winner for the round, that player receives 1 Victory Token.
Round End:
The current Victory Token count for all players will be displayed.
The game proceeds to the next round until all rounds are completed.
Game End and Scoring
The game concludes after all rounds have been played.
Final Results:
Each player's total Victory Tokens and their remaining points will be shown.
Determining the Overall Winner:
The player with the most Victory Tokens at the end of the game is the overall winner.
Tie-breaker: If two or more players have the same highest number of Victory Tokens, the tie is broken by looking at their remaining points. The player among the tied players with the most remaining points wins.
Full Tie: If players are still tied after comparing both Victory Tokens and remaining points, then it's a shared victory!
Strategy Tips
Deciding when to bid big and when to conserve your points is crucial. A winning bid costs you those points, but a losing bid also costs you those points without the reward of a Victory Token.
Pay attention to how much other players are bidding in previous rounds. This can help you anticipate their future moves.
With a set number of rounds, consider when it's best to go "all in" or hold back for later rounds.
