In the wild wild west, three particularly dangerous people come into a disagreement.
The game has three phases:
🤐 Scheming Phase (3 min)
No talking allowed. Consider your options carefully and think about what action benefits each player most.
🗣️ Negotiation Phase (5 min)
Threaten, beg, or lie your way into alliances. You may agree to something now, but it may change at any time.
🔫 Shooting Phase
Take turns choosing who to shoot... or spare. Use your time wisely, as negotiations are not over yet...
Each player has 6 bullets. Every turn will use up one bullet. On your turn, you can choose to:
Shoot another player.
Shoot into the air (waste a bullet).
Break and form new alliances until time is up, at which point you’ll automatically shoot into the air.
The game ends when:
Only one player is left alive (they win).
Two players are alive but both are out of bullets (they split the victory).
Everyone is out of bullets (it’s a tie).

(For a longer variation of this game, try letting every player rotate through all the roles and tally up who wins the most after 3 rounds. A win counts as 1 point, death/tie is 0 points, and a split victory between two players is 0.5 points each.)
The version below skips the timer and allows you to try different strategies without waiting through the timer each time. It is recommended that you try playing the game normally with the full negotiation phase first.
