Sniper Hold'em

Sniper Hold'em is based on poker where players start with 60 chips and aim to reach 75 chips to avoid elimination. Each round involves betting around four revealed community cards, with hands ranked from Four Card to High Card. A unique twist allows players to "snipe" (predict) and block a specific winning hand combination. If successful, the blocked hand is disqualified, and the next best hand wins, enabling strategic victories with weaker hands. Players who reach 75 chips return to prison and are safe from elimination.

SNIPER HOLD'EM RULES

Setup

There are 4 decks of numbered cards from 1 to 10 only (no J, Q, K) and there's no suit.

Each player will be dealt 2 personal cards.

After the personal cards are dealt, the dealer reveals 2 community cards that can be used by all players.

First Betting Round

After revealing the 2 community cards, the first player makes their first bet.

Each player can check, call, raise, or fold.

The bet cannot exceed the number of chips held by the player with the fewest chips.

When all players have bet the same amount, the first round ends.

Second Betting Round

The dealer reveals 2 more community cards (4 total).

A second round of betting takes place in the same manner as the first round.

Hand Formation

After the second betting round, players form their best 5-card hand using their 2 personal cards and the 4 community cards.

For example, in the hand above, the best hand is 3 One Pair (3, 3, 10, 9, 2)

Sniping Phase

Before revealing hands, each remaining player can "snipe" a specific card combination.

When sniping, identify the highest number of the combination:

• "8 Straight" means 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

• "7 Two Pair" means 7, 7, 5, 5, *

• "3 Full House" means 3, 3, 3, *, *

Hand Rankings

The hand rankings from strongest to weakest:

1. Four of a Kind

2. Full House

3. Straight

4. Three of a Kind

5. Two Pair

6. One Pair

7. High Card

Showdown

All players reveal their personal cards.

Players with hands that were sniped are automatically ranked last.

The player with the highest ranking hand that wasn't sniped wins all the chips.

Tie Breaking

If multiple players have the same hand ranking, the tie is resolved in this order:

1. Player with the highest number wins (3 Full House > 2 Full House)

2. Player with higher personal cards wins

3. Player with the higher personal cards' sum wins

4. If still tied or all hands sniped, pot is shared equally

Elimination & Victory

Players with 0 chips are eliminated.

The last player standing wins the game.
